Dialog
What is a Dialog?
A Dialog is a conversation interface that delivers coaching services to employees. Think of it as the "chat window" where employees interact with AI coaches or access structured coaching content.
Why Does It Matter?
Dialogs are important because they:
- Deliver coaching content - Provide the actual coaching experience to employees
- Enable shared resources - Multiple organizations can use the same dialog
- Organize services - Group related coaching services together
- Ensure consistency - Provide standardized coaching experiences
Key Features
Shared Across Organizations
- Multiple organizations can use the same dialog
- Consistent experience across different companies
- Cost-effective - Organizations share development costs
- Quality assurance - Standardized content and delivery
Service Collection Integration
Each dialog contains a Service Collection that organizes related coaching services:
- Career Development Dialog → Contains career coaching services
- Wellness Dialog → Contains mental health and stress management services
- Leadership Dialog → Contains leadership development services
Service Flexibility
The same service can belong to multiple dialogs:
- "Stress Management Coaching" can appear in both Wellness and Resilience dialogs
- "Career Planning" can be in both Career Development and Leadership dialogs
- "Communication Skills" can be in multiple specialized dialogs
Real-World Example
TechInnovatie B.V. and InnovationCorp both use the same "Career Development Dialog":
- Shared Content: Both organizations access the same career coaching materials
- Custom Branding: Each organization sees their own logo and colors
- Service Collection: The dialog contains career planning, resume review, and interview prep services
- Flexible Services: "Resume Review" service also appears in their "Job Search Dialog"
